My story

Photography has been woven into my life from a very young age. I picked up my first digital camera as a teenager and was instantly hooked after taking my very first photo of a farm cat. There was something about the way his green eyes held his personality and spirit that stopped me in my tracks — like the image had captured a piece of his soul. From that moment on, I never really put the camera down.

For years, I found myself photographing everything around me, always searching for the quiet beauty in everyday life. I was drawn to preserving emotion, connection, and the fleeting moments that often go unnoticed. Photography became less about perfection and more about feeling — about holding onto what matters long after the moment has passed.

That passion eventually led me to become an art teacher, where I learned how to guide, encourage, and create a calm, supportive space for creativity to unfold. Those years shaped the way I see people and stories, and they continue to influence how I approach every session — with patience, intention, and care.

Motherhood deepened that perspective even further. It showed me just how quickly time moves and how powerful it is to have photographs that tell your story honestly. Today, I get to blend my artistic background with my natural ability to connect with others, creating an experience where you feel comfortable, seen, and truly at ease.
